Filters to quit smoking?

About 25 years ago I quit smoking by using a 4 step filter set. I can't remember the name but the color of the filters were brown. The only filters I can find on the internet is from overseas (I'm from South Africa) and apparently there's a lot of hassle involved importing the filters. Is there any one who can give me a name or supplier for these filters here in South Africa? It works like this: First one keeps out a certain amount of nicotine and tar, second one more third one even more and with the forth one it is so little that it is easy to quit. Thank you
