Download Microsoft Security Center its free as long as you have a genuine version of windows and deletes viruses. If you dont want to download software you can go into safe mode and try to delete and reinstall the infected files. But like you said in the quaestion report, its only in the os files which affects how it runs like performance so it cant get any of your info. And viruses dont take info they just mess with your os. Trojans take info.
