What company has upgrade service for airsoft guns?

I want to be able to send in my Ares Tar 21 and the parts I want to have installed so that they will install them for me. Reason is, I know little to none about upgrading my airsoft gun. Please include as much detail as possible as I am a total AEG-upgrade noob.
