The file or folder 'toavow.scr' that is this shortcut refers to cannot be found?

Whenever I plug my iPod in, it gives me that message. I also can't open it as a portable media device. I can listen to music on my iPod.. it seems like nothing's wrong when it's not plugged into the computer. Please help!
