My house was broken into and i filed a claim. now the insurance company wont call me bck what do i do?

the adjustor needed additional info gave it to him. when i call no one returns my call. i called my insurance company and they tell me to call the adjustor. when i call him he doesnt return my call feel like i'm getting scr-------ed.
