Some body sent me a .scr file in a zip folder help ?

Well that is strange. It's definitely not a video file! In fact last I checked scr's were Windows Screensavers. But that's besides the point as the contents of the file are not identified by its extension. It does sound fishy, but as long as you've ONLY OPENED the zip archive you'll be fine. If you've extracted or run ANYTHING from that archive then there's a chance that file's out there somewhere in temp- in which case a full scan of your favourite AV would be your best bet; along with a MalwareBytes scan for good measure.
