Why doesnt my webpage show the picture? What did I do wrong?

The image named "yogi.jpg" is not the full address of the image. For it to show, upload it to the internet using a href="http://tinypic.com/" rel="nofollow"http://tinypic.com//a and copy the direct link once it's uploaded.
